Through unwavering discipline, dedication, and leadership, Dr. Manrique rose from the rank of private to commissioned officer, serving his country in Iraq, Germany, Korea, Russia, Spain, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, and throughout the United States. His distinguished military service has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Purple Heart, induction into the Veterans Military Hall of Honor (2019), inclusion in the National Purple Heart Registry (2020), the Key to the City of Columbus, Georgia, and his appointment as a Kentucky Colonel (2026).
